Wayne Parslow is Executive Vice President of Validity for International, building a world-class sales and marketing team to maximize Validity’s capabilities in the UK and Ireland, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), LATAM (Latin America) and APAC (Asia Pacific). Prior to joining Validity, Steve was vice president of information technology and enterprise systems at Endurance International, managing corporate IT, infrastructure, customer relationship management, storage and other critical business applications for more than 4,000 Endurance employees worldwide. Prior to “her” retirement, Elaine served as vice president of customer service and success for ABILITY Network, a leader in medical technology recently acquired by Inovalon, and held management positions at Vitera Healthcare Solutions, Sage Healthcare and Emdeon. As one of Validity’s first international employees, Chris has more than 25 years of experience as an individual manager and pre-sales specialist, as well as successful product and customer experience at various start-up and large enterprise software companies. As Head of Operations, Mike Piispanen helps lead the company’s expansion and oversees strategies for future innovations in data management, sales productivity and email marketing optimization. As Validity’s Marketing Director, Charlie Piispanen brings extensive marketing and sales experience, as well as successful experience as a growth engine for technology companies. Chris Bryan is Vice President of Sales for the UK and Ireland at Validity International and leads Validity Go Market in the region. Karen Bryan has more than 15 years of sales and enterprise software strategy experience and has successful experience in both the private and public sectors, including sales management, product strategy, marketing, channel management and solution implementation. The tank brings extensive regional digital experience to support Validity customers in their marketing, sales, data and CRM activities. With extensive experience in managing sales teams and executing strategic business plans, “she” helps Validity increase its presence in the Latin American market. In addition to general management, “she” is responsible for the development and implementation of business plans, marketing programs, sales management, strategic partnerships and public representation in international markets, as well as the development of the company, at least in accordance with the U.S. domestic market aspirations. Eric Daske is Executive Vice President of Validity Engineering and is responsible for all aspects of Validity’s technical product development activities, including strategic planning, management and control. As CIO Validity, Steve Doyle is responsible for developing and implementing the Validity vision and roadmap for IT systems and solutions, including enterprise IT services, telephony, enterprise networks and core systems. As Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, Lily Doyle is responsible for developing and implementing cross-organizational strategies that define the scope and growth of Validity.
