About half of the respondents representing both types of agencies indicate that their agencies have been providing content marketing services for seven or more years and that almost 50% of their activities are content marketing services. This study builds on a previous MHI study that focused exclusively on how organizations use content for their own marketing. More than half of the respondents say that almost half of their companies are active in the field of content marketing, and many are confident that they will be able to meet the needs of their customers. Of those surveyed with a full range of services, 62% said they serve more content marketing customers than a year ago, and 36% said their customer base has not changed.
