Charlene and Carly are now helping brands develop video marketing strategies that put the science of people’s brains at the center so their creations can stop and not jump and stop rolling. And we know that video is unsurpassed in its ability to inspire brand love and drive action, so now is the perfect time to make those transformations with clients. Our team developed creative tools like Video Builder in collaboration with the YouTube product development team and built relationships with the industry to launch Google’s first video production partner program, YouTube Creative Directory. In the years that followed, our knowledge-based methodology was taught to hundreds of brands around the world at client seminars and industry events, including Google’s annual CMO Academy with Columbia Business School. Mark assembled a team focused on the growing YouTube space for SMBs, and he hired Carly to help make the case for more hands-on customer support and sales. Charlene and Carly spent years working together at Google developing creative products and services on YouTube for growing brands. While it was a difficult time, we say it was a blessing in disguise. We also understand that video is becoming increasingly important for business growth, but it’s also a very challenging area to manage brands. Having worked at the company for many years, we had this mindset that we had to be productive all day long. Growing the business during the pandemic forced us to seek help in introducing potential clients. A common theme was to work with clients to help them develop a business strategy and give them “aha-moments.”
