Bad Reputation – InMobi has created a series of video clips

InMobi has created a series of video clips that highlight the professional life, reflect the culture and achievements of employees, and encourage their active participation in society. But there are ways to eliminate the roots of your company’s bad reputation and better communicate the positive aspects of working for your company to potential employees. Almost half of the respondents would have completely ruled out working for a company with the three most negative employer brand factors, despite salary increases. The company recognizes the problem and immediately addresses it by speaking at technology conferences with women, training managers on how to combat prejudice and broadcasting live events where women advocate or promote women’s rights. We assumed an average U.S. salary of $47,230 calculated by the Bureau of Labor Statistics in May 2014; an estimated annual turnover of 16.4% according to CompData; and a salary increase of at least 10%, which we found in our survey, was necessary to convince a candidate to join one of these companies. The three main factors associated with a good employer’s reputation are stability, career opportunities and the ability to work with a first-class team. In fact, it was quite the opposite: the company reports that its efforts attract the best candidates. In order to attract more young professionals, SAP revised the design of its career page, improved its appearance, added 40 employee feedback videos and personalized content for students, graduates and specialists. With a fantastic technician named “Owen”, whose friends and family can’t understand that he has a job as a production technologist, the ad humanizes the company and shows that GE can offer more than we think. We also found that a company with 10,000 employees can spend up to $7.6 million in additional pay to compensate for a bad reputation. Cleveland Clinic’s plans for expansion in the Middle East included the creation of video job descriptions to attract potential employees and show them how it feels to work in the clinic and work in the Middle East. When the company discovered the culture and practices that distinguish it, it was able to develop employer brand campaigns based on these concepts. A few years ago, GoDaddy, a provider of domain name registration and web hosting services, was known for its rapid announcements with Danica Patrick, a leading NASCAR, and Gillian Michaels, the biggest loser.
