Subscription Groups – As we learn from this experiment and

As we learn from this experiment and understand what the members of the group think about holding groups, we will continue to improve this experience to help managers offer more services to their members and continue to invest in their communities. Group leaders tell us they are looking for ways to help them make money, work more closely with their members and continue to support their communities. These include adult parents and parenting brochures: the University Pre-Accessibility and Accessibility Group; a specialized college-entry team with access to consultants to prepare parents in high school for university; and the Central Premium Nutrition Planning Group, which includes weekly plans, shopping lists and much more. Today, we are testing subscriptions with a small number of groups to continue to support the group administrators who manage these communities. We know that managers spend their time and energy supporting their groups, and some of them have told us that they need tools to help them continue to invest in their communities and provide more services to their members. With the new group of subscribers, Organize My Home, members can collaborate on interesting projects and access checklists, tutorials, live videos and many other materials to help them organize their homes. The registration groups build on the experience we gained earlier this year to support video creators and are part of our overall approach to helping creators and leaders financially in the work they do to encourage their fans and communities. Sarah Muller, one of those community leaders who wanted to support their “own” work, created a group called Declutter My Home to inspire and motivate others to clean their apartment or home. “Ever since I started working at home, I’ve felt motivated and satisfied helping others move forward, eliminating unnecessary confusion in their homes and creating a safe and positive space where people can unite around this common goal,” says Mueller. Subscriber groups were created to make it easier for administrators to provide this experience through integrated tools, save time and allow them to focus only on delivering content to members. Group administrators form safe and supportive communities to which people return every day. The group quickly evolved into an active community that has helped tens of thousands of people around the world to reduce confusion in their rooms. This group subscription pilot project will be tested with a small number of stakeholder groups who will share comments and suggestions as they visit the site. Now users can subscribe to iOS and Android via Facebook and manage their subscription.
